## Description

The Riverside Group Limited requires Chiller Replacement Works to be completed at its Head Office Located in Speke L24 8RF\. The works proposed include the removal and replacement of 2no\. roof-mounted air-cooled water chillers and a chilled water buffer vessel, and temporary removal of four existing condenser units and subsequent replacement of three condenser units in the plant deck area of the south wing of the building\. The new chillers and chilled water buffer vessel have a different footprint from the originals, so the support plinths will be enlarged to suit\.
