Land Reference for Carrington Road To undertake land referencing in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Acquisition of Land Act 1981, Compulsory Purchase Act 1965, current Guidance on the Compulsory Purchase Process and the Crichel Down Rules.
