RM1056 Lot 1 TFM Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and Partner Organisations Additional information: TheTotal FM Services Contract that was original awarded by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and Partner Organisations was subsequently novated across to the Government Property Agency \(GPA\) on 28th February 2020 as part of the Government Estate Strategy\. This contract is due to expire on the 31st March 2022 and it is GPA's intention to utilise18 months of the 2 year extension period available under the contract\.
