## Description

Service Package 1: Prepare technical documentation and relevant advisory support to enable the production of Outline Business Cases \(OBC's\) on a number of the 12 locations\. Work is to commence in Spring 2026, OBC's are to be completed ready for submission to HMT in Spring/Summer 2026\.
