Work description
Highways England is looking to procure specialist technical consultancy services to support the continued development of smart motorways. The objectives of this task will be to: - support our technical policy delivery of the stocktake, which will enable us to contribute to the wider programme of activities resulting from the stocktake; and - deliver further enhancements to the smart motorway concept, policy and standards.
