## Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon \(the Council\) was seeking to appoint a single supplier for its Lost and Stray Dogs Service, inclusive of collection, transportation and the kennelling of the animals for a period of up to 7 days\. The required service is for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is to include banned breedsin accordance with the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991\. The following provisions are to be implemented during the contract period: - Environmental Protection Act 1990; - Environmental Protection \(Stray Dogs\) Regulations 1992; - AnimalWelfare Act 2006; - The AnimalWelfare \(Licensing of Activities involving Animals\) Regulations 2018; - Welfare of Animals \(Transport\) \(England The contract start date is 1st July 2025 for three years\. Contract start date amended from October 24 to July 25 \( as per previously advertised in the Contract Finder Opportunity Notice \( tender\_441996/1363765\)
