Fleet Vehicles - PGP/2019/853*

Tenderers are required to provide up to 239 (number of) vehicles suitable to work in a demanding time critical housing maintenance service. Tenderers are required to provide a vehicle changeover schedule which is to include: • Supply a vehicle changeover schedule/plan in conjunction with Stoke on Trent city council. • Storage facility based within or in close proximity of Stoke on Trent to ensure sufficient stock of new vehicles is available to facilitate a vehicle changeover schedule • Vehicle change over to include removal of racking systems from the old vehicles and installation in to the new vehicles in a timely manner • Removal of Decals/Logo's etc. from old vehicles • Fitting of new Decals/Logo's as required • Temporary storage of old vehicles awaiting collection • Facilities for Stoke council's technicians to undertake its own PDI
