South Tyneside Homes and South Tyneside Council wish to establish a framework agreement for Electrical Installation Condition Surveys. STH & STC Reserve the right to award each lot to separate contractors. It is envisaged there will be a maximum of 3 suppliers appointed to the framework for each lot dependent on the number and quality of bids received.
