## Description

Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of secure board portal software that enables meeting and document collaboration solution to transform the way Senior Directors and Non-Executives access and collaborate on board and meeting packs, ensuring that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money\. The estimated value of the Project is £18,000 per annum \(p\.a\.\), and £54,000 over the duration of the agreement to achieve a 3-year contract \(2 years \+ 1 year\)\.
