## Description

The Operational Phase Capability Development \(OPCD\) Project supports the provision of specialist asset management consultancy services to support HS2 Ltd to deliver the HS2 Programme\. This contract was awarded using a direct award procedure under CCS RM6187: Management Consultancy Framework Three \(MCF3\)\. The contract is awarded for an initial two \(2\) year period with the option to extend for up to a further one \(1\) year\. The contract provides for a maximum contract term of three \(3\) years\.
