GB-Milton Keynes: SkiiBuild Specialist Event Supplier

Description

CITB, the Construction Industry Training Board are seeking to procure a supplier that can deal with specialist build requirements for a SkillBuild National Final Event at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes. The anticipated start date for the contract will be July 2023 to commence the pre-build activity for the event. The build company must be able to store and build the necessary bays out of their own office and have access to transport for delivery on build days which are expected to be 19th and 20th November. The 24th November is expected to be the end of the event and the exhibition break down day. The event is every year in November and this requirement is for the supplier to provide this service for the next 3 years. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
