Lot 1: North Projects: -Hexham - Tree planting and 5-year establishment aftercare period. -Rickerby - Replacement planting and establishment aftercare of recent planting, expected to be for Years 3-10 of the 10-year establishment aftercare period. -Gosling Syke - Replacement planting and establishment aftercare of recent planting, expected to be for Years 3-5 of the 5-year establishment aftercare period. -Carlisle Phase 1 - Establishment aftercare of recent planting and cutting/collection of arisings for wild flora areas, expected to be for Years 3-10 of the 10-year establishment aftercare period. Lot 2: North East Projects: -Foss Flood Storage Area - Tree/shrub/wetland planting and 5-year establishment aftercare period. Lot 3: Midlands Projects -Colwick - Tree planting and 5-year establishment aftercare period. -First Avenue - Tree planting with 5-year establishment aftercare period with sports pitch restoration and grass establishment.
