Provision of BREEAM Services for the proposed New Enterprise and Innovation Centre Building on Dryden Street in Nottingham. Proposal to include and qualify the following:

• Compliance with programme proposals • Level of resource including number of design team and progress meetings to be attended • Number of site visits to be made • Any exclusions/additions to the proposal
