## Description

The University wishes to explore opportunities to reduce its carbon emissions and its electricity usage from the grid to meet its targets, via a large-scale ground mounted solar PV installation at its Colchester campus, on land adjacent but not owned by the University\. This would enable the University to benefit from both renewable energy and greater energy security\.
