SCC APC Pension's Administration System (PAS) - AWARD

Surrey County Council and East Sussex County Council wish to appoint a Pensions Administration Software provider. The Pensions Administration Software provider will be required to provide one instance of on-premise Pensions Administration Software, which will be hosted by Surrey County Council, but used to manage all of the funds.

Separate contracts will be completed for Surrey County Council, East Sussex County Council and London Borough of Hillingdon.

The current contracts expire on the 31st March 2021 (Surrey County Council), 27th April 2021 (East Sussex County Council) and 31st October 2021 (London Borough of Hillingdon). Where a new provider is successful the implementation and data migration must be completed by 04 January 2021.
