ENGIE Services Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to identify a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to deliver Personalised Travel Planning services within identified residential areas of North East Lincolnshire. North East Lincolnshire Council has been awarded £1,388,000 from the Sustainable Travel Access Fund (2017 to 2020) for the 'Pedal and Stride to Economic Growth' project. The successful bidder will help to deliver the project aims of supporting economic growth and aims to increase the use of sustainable travel. The purpose of the exercise is to undertake residential personalised travel planning with the aim of encouraging cycling, walking and public transport use within North East Lincolnshire. Personalised Travel Planning (PTP) delivers targeted information, incentives and motivation directly to individuals to help them make more sustainable travel choices. The purpose is to encourage people to think about their current travel habits and consider how they could make those trips
