DevOps Services Digital Definition Services Build and Transition Services End-to-End Development Services Data Management (and Similar) Services
Additional information: In accordance with Regulation 72 paragraph (1)(e) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, CCS intends to modify the Digital Capability for Health framework (RM6221) by extending the term by six (6) months. This agreement will now expire 17/07/2025.
Reasons for Modification: Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances: Digital Capability for Health has been extended so that a number of NHS England projects have been able to go through their approvals process, which had to start before CCS were able to confirm dates for the new iteration of the framework Digital Capability for Health 2 (RM6345).
