Minor Works, Repairs and Refurbishment Framework

1.1 United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is issuing this Invitation to Tender in connection with the competitive procurement of the Minor Works, Repairs, Refurbishment and Maintenance Framework. Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Lincolnshire Community Health Service NHS Trust and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust are "the Contracting Authorities" to this Tender and resulting contract. United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust are acting as the agent of the Contracting Authority in all matters relating to this procurement.
