The Design and Delivery of a bespoke CPD \(continuous professional development\) Casework Development Programme and the co-creation of an internal accreditation process\. Questions from tenderers, the responses to which are sent to all tenderers, will be included in an updated attachment\. It is suggested that you regularly check this attachment, prior to submitting your tender\. Additional information: If the attached Invitation to Tender \(ITT\) Document is inaccessible, please request a copy, by email, to procurement\.enquiries@ombudsman\.org\.uk All enquiries regarding this ITT should also be sent to this email address\. The deadline for enquiries is Wednesday 19 July 2017\. Enquiries made after this date may not be responded to, in time for your tender submission by the deadline of noon, on Monday, 24 July 2017\. Responses to enquiries, will, where these are likely to be of interest to all tenderers/prospective suppliers, be contained in an updated attachment on this site\. It is, therefore, suggested that you regularly check this attachment, prior to submitting a tender\. Tender presentations/requests for further clarifications, if required, will take place on 07 August 2017, or during w/c 07 August 2017\. The majority of the training will be required in Manchester, but some may be required at the London office\.
