A key part of our mission is to facilitate sector-led improvement, helping councils to learn from each other and innovate. To accelerate this work in a critical area, the LGA invites proposals from specialist consultants to develop a foundational framework for Communities of Practice (CoPs). This work will focus specifically on professionals across our member councils concerned with Digital, Data, Cyber, Technology, Public Service Reform, Total Place, and Innovation. This initiative will create an interconnected ecosystem for these professionals to build capability, share solutions, and strengthen the vital relationship both between councils across the country, and between local and central government on technology and transformation.
