Support towards Independent Living for 16 and 17 year old care leavers and homeless young people

Description

To provide Long Term accommodation places, the core elements of this are: • to provide pre tenancy work with the Care Leavers • a 2 week taster flat experience for all those young people. • identify and secure suitable accommodation within the Bradford District. • support Care Leavers to furnish their tenancy through a combination of o a small furnishing grant o and leaving care grant • provide either both housing management and support, or floating support only, for the properties sourced.
