## Description

To provide Long Term accommodation places, the core elements of this are: • to provide pre tenancy work with the Care Leavers • a 2 week taster flat experience for all those young people\. • identify and secure suitable accommodation within the Bradford District\. • support Care Leavers to furnish their tenancy through a combination of o a small furnishing grant o and leaving care grant • provide either both housing management and support, or floating support only, for the properties sourced\.
