Managed Event Audio Services

The contract with Vodafone for UC includes provision for audio-conferencing but is mainly intended for standard size meetings ie up to 48 people. Large all-staff managed event meetings can be accommodated but the price for this element does not represent best VfM. The Permanent Secretary is keen to make more use of this communications medium so alternative sources of supply have been considered. The MeetingZone service available on GCloud used by DWP is considered to represent good VfM
