## Description

The University for the Creative Arts would like to undertake a framework for Long Term Maintenance and our Capital Works Programme\. It is intended that the framework will be split into the following 3 Lots based on spend: - Lot 1: Works under GBP 100 000, - Lot 2: Works between GBP 100 000 and GBP 500 000, - Lot 3: Works between GBP 500 000 and GBP 2 000 000\. An Open Day will be held on 31st January 2018 in Farnham to provide potential suppliers with further information\.
