English as Second or Other Language (ESOL) for Asylum Seekers & Refugees

Torbay Council has awarded a contract to deliver an English as a Second or Other Language (ESOL) provision to people supported under Home Office identified pathways living within Torbay. These include, but are not limited to, Ukrainian refugees, Afghan resettlement, asylum seekers placed in dispersal accommodation, refugees placed in temporary accommodation, British National Overseas (Hong Kong) visa holders.
