## Description

The National Horizons Centre project is receiving up to £3\.2m of funding from the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020\. The Department for Communities and Local Government \(and in London the intermediate body Greater London Authority\) is the Managing Authority for European Regional Development Fund\. Established by the European Union, the European Regional Development Fund helps local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support innovation, businesses, create jobs and local community regenerations\. The works comprise Post-Occupancy Evaluation \(POE\) services associated with four University capital projects \(and any projects occurring during the term of the contract\), namely 1 The National Horizons Centre \(NHC\)c £12MDarlington Campus 2 The Business Schoolc £6mMiddlesbrough Campus 3 The Printworksc £3mMiddlesbrough Campus 4 Student Accommodation King Edwards Squarec £3mMiddlesbrough Campus Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
