## Description

Baringa Partners LLP have been appointed by Bloom Procurement Services Ltd on behalf of the Infected Blood Compensation Authority within the Cabinet Office \("CO"\) to deliver three distinct packages of work \(Learning Offer, Vulnerable customer offer and Operational excellence offer\) which will help to ensure that CO will be ready operationally to deliver a UK wide compensation scheme to those infected and affected by contaminated blood\.
