GLD022 2020 Carpe Diem Time Management Solution Call-Off Contract

This Call-Off Contract is for the provision of Carpe Diem, a cloud software, web-based Time Recording Solution (TRS) for the legal market where lawyers record the time they have undertaken for differing projects. The spend also includes the provision of 1,100 cloud hosted, eLearning licenses for training on said system for four months. The latter has been procured as a Call-Off Contract Addendum via Single Tender Award because the Call-Off Contract was procured via Direct Award Procedure from Lot 2 (Cloud Software) of the CCS G-Cloud 12 Framework Agreement but which could not include the eLearning licenses as the Supplier does not provide eLearning under Lot 1(Cloud Hosting) of G-Cloud 12.

Please note the Call-Off Contract is for 2+1+1 but further approval will be obtained to enter into either of the allowable 1 year extensions.
