Professional Services Framework 2022

The BBC has purchased the provision of Professional Services for the BBC

Lot 1. Construction Project Management The requirement for this lot will include: Whole Project Management (end-to-end) including Design Team Management, NEC3 and NEC4 Contract Administration (consultant and contractor), Client Reporting, Property Reconfigurations and Structural Enhancements. Business case and report writing, Project Team selection, tender process management. The requirement will include working within a live broadcast environment.

Lot 2. Architectural Service. The requirement for this lot will include: External Architecture, Planning Approvals, Interior Design, Space

Planning, Client Consultation, Space Analysis, FFF&E Selection, Design Studies, Accessible Design, Graphic Design.

Lot 3. Engineering Design and Consultancy The requirement for this lot will include: Mechanical, Electrical, Structural & Civil, Public Health, Fire and Security

Lot 4. Cost Management & CDM Principle Designer Services The requirement will include: Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Cost Control, Market Intelligence, Market Engagement and CDM Principle Designer services.
