## Description

This proposed works comprise two aspects of work, namely \(A\) Concrete Remedials & Repairs work to existing elements of the building and \(B\) Replacement of elements\. Section A scope includes repairs to damaged concrete planters and other precast elements to the :- -South Façade; -Staircase to north elevation -Exposed Beams and -Slab Edges Section B comprises the removal of concrete balustrade sections \(and brickwork as may be required to facilitate same\) and replacement with new concrete balustrades and brickwork
