VICTIM SERVICES FRAMEWORK

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire wishes to establish a 36 month Framework Agreement for the provision of Victim Services for Nottinghamshire. This is a 4 Lot Framework to include provisions for: Nottinghamshire Victim CARE (Lot 1) Restorative Nottinghamshire (Lot 2) Victim Awareness Training (Lot 3) Nottinghamshire Stalking Advocacy Service (Lot 4)

Following evaluation of the compliant Tender Responses and approval of the outcome, the Customer intends to enter into a 48 month Framework Agreement with up to 4 providers, which will be determined by the highest scoring 1 provider per lot. A Call-Off Contract will be given to the top scoring provider of each lot.
