AirTanker Ltd (ATr) recognises that the Authority needs to be satisfied that the Service Rates within the Voyager Concession Contract represent good value for money (VFM) for the provision of the Service throughout the Contract Term having regard to the principles of value for money prevailing as at the Date of Contract, and thus ATr has agreed to conduct a VFM review of its VFM Equity IRR at three VFM review dates, the first being the third anniversary following Full Service Delivery (FSD), which is in September 2019.DT will require specialist financial advice to assist with the assessment and application of complex financial models underlying the VFM Actual IRR calculation, and to also intelligently appraise the interpretation of the complex VFM Actual IRR formula calculation principles.
