Inclusive Leadership and Management Training and Coaching Framework - AWARD

Our Aim:

To procure a range/bank of specialist providers for the delivery of an Inclusive Leadership and Management training framework. The framework will consist of a range of leadership and management modules and workshops, that can be combined in any combination to make a program or utilised individually as a need arises in the council. There is a particular focus to support those from underrepresented groups, or who have barriers to progressions, to ensure that they have skills in over to leverage into higher grades, more responsibility or leadership positions.
