Description

The British Film Institute seeks to procure a Retail Electronic Point of Sale system and hardware to provide functionality in the areas of Sales, Stock Management, Management Information and Financial Reporting to include, but not limited to: Sales - Process sales transactions both cash, card and voucher based for the retail outlet at BFI Southbank Stock - Stock management of the BFI shop, including Purchase Order management, goods receiving and returns, ideally through scanning technology Management - Reporting across several criteria including product, department, supplier, hourly, daily, weekly etc. Financial - EPoS system links with BFI's finance system Further details of the required functionality are set out within the Invitation to Tender document.
