## Description

The Council is undertaking an insurance tender to include \(but not limited to\) Property Damage \(including Material Damage, Business Interruption, Contract Works/Works in Progress, Money, and All Risks\), Terrorism, Casualty \(including Employers Liability, Public/Products Liability, Officials Indemnity, Professional Indemnity, Libel and Slander and Public Health\), Fidelity Guarantee/Crime, Motor Fleet and Uninsured Loss Recovery, Personal Accident/Travel, Engineering Insurance and Computers\. The Services have been divided into work packages \(Lots\) and Tenderers are invited to bid for all or any of the following Lots: 1\. Property \(excluding Industrial Commercial Property\) 2\. Industrial and Commercial Property 3\. Combined Liability 4\. Motor Fleet 5\. Group Personal Accident 6\. Engineering 7\. Fine Art / Heritage 8\. Package Lot - Lots 1, 3 and 4 The anticipated service commencement date is 1st February 2019\. The Council proposes to enter into Contract\(s\) for a maximum period of 3 years plus option to extend for a period of 2 further years with the successful Tenderer\(s\)\.
