## Description

Manchester Central is currently looking for a website design and development Contractor to redevelop the www\.manchestercentral\.co\.uk website for Manchester Central\. The Contract will be for the initial redevelopment project with an anticipated Contract start date of February 10th, 2021\. In addition, hosting and support packages will be required for a period of one \(1\) year from the launch of the website, with a Manchester Central only extension up to two \(2\) years following a review\. The ongoing support Contract start date is anticipated as May 1st, 2021, dependent on project start date\. Specifically, these two ongoing services \(packages\) required from the Contractor are: • Hosting, including 24/7 hosting support\. The website server chosen by the service provider should be best suited to Manchester Central's requirements and be based in the United Kingdom\. Any backup services employed must also be housed in the United Kingdom\. The website is 'mission critical' in terms of providing an ecommerce and event bookings platform and your hosting service should reflect that\. Ongoing monitoring and optimisation of the website's effectiveness in reaching pre-defined business and marketing goals\. This will be via 'CRO', ongoing User Experience research and optimisation and SEO health management\. Our exact requirements will be discussed and finalised at the time of project placement\.
