## Description

The University of Essex is seeking tenders for a project to refurbish room ESA 1\.17\. This project is a storeroom conversion for use as a tactics/coaching room\. The space will be occupied by 18-25 member of staff and student populations to discuss team tactics\. The space requires mechanical ventilation and heating/cooling; décor; flooring and a new door\. There will also be new lighting and power/data installations in line with the use of the space\.
