Contracts to provide community based Outreach Covid 19 vaccination services for different areas within the Northwest Region. The services are divided into Lots, as follow: Lot Area Description Lot 1 Cheshire & Merseyside Outreach Services in Cheshire & Merseyside Lot 2a Lancashire & South Cumbria Learning Disability service offer covering Lancashire and South Cumbria - to be available for all postcodes throughout LSC Lot 2b Lancashire & South Cumbria Enhanced service offer for place-based need for Lancashire Lot 2c Lancashire & South Cumbria Enhanced service offer for place based need Blackburn with Darwen Lot 2d Lancashire & South Cumbria Enhanced service offer for place based need Blackpool Lot 2e Lancashire & South Cumbria Enhanced service offer for place-based need South Cumbria Lot 3 Lancashire & South Cumbria Lancashire & South Cumbria Flexible Workforce Model.
