"This contract will addres Fire Risk Assessment actions including but not limited to -\r • Pre-Condition surveys\r • FED Renewals\r • FED Repairs\r • Fire stopping works within communal areas, electrical and gas cupboards.\r • Cross communal door renewals\r • Cross communal door repairs\r • And any other fire risk actions related works to properties of the London Borough of Enfield."
