Consultancy Services for Business Ratings Appeals

A Consultant is required to manage Business Ratings Appeals for the buildings that Halton Borough Council owns and manages.

This broadly involves undertaking surveys/investigations on buildings, identifying criteria that could be used to reduce the Council's business rates, calculating what the reduction should be and managing the appeal process. A list of the Council's buildings will be provided to the successful Consultant upon Contract award.

Additional information: Please note: In addition to the Contract length stated in this notice there is a 12 month extension option to be given at the discretion of the Employer.

A value has not been entered for this Contract because payment will be made as a percentage of any savings made for the Council which cannot be determined at this time.
