## Description

QE Facilities is looking to carry out a preliminary market engagement exercise to establish what solutions are currently available in the market in advance of making a decision as to how to procure a Warehouse Management System\. In advance of any Procurement or mini competition/ direct call-off process under a previously procured Framework Agreement, QE Facilities intends to invite suppliers to participate in the following scoping exercise\. Please note, this exercise is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process\. It is intended as an awareness, communication and information-gathering exercise offering an opportunity for potential suppliers to provide information/present their solutions\. All communication shall be submitted through and published via the online messaging facility provided on the NHS Sourcing Portal which can be accessed via www\.nhssourcing\.co\.uk \(https://www\.nhssourcing\.co\.uk\)\. The onus is on potential providers to review regularly all the information published on the Portal in relation to this project\. Further to the above; as part of the pre-market discovery exercise, QE Facilities may wish to invite providers to present their Solutions to key stakeholders of the Trust\. QE Facilities provides no commitment to award a contract or commence any tender process as a result of this market engagement exercise\.
