## Description

Thanet District Council is seeking to procure a communal cleaning service for the communal areas of Council owned housing stock and for community halls\. Properties are located across the Thanet district with a majority situated in Margate and Ramsgate\. A high quality of service is important for this contract, as we and our residents care about the cleanliness of the estates and homes where they live\. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 14 April 2023 for a duration of two years, with two options to extend at 12 months each, at the sole discretion of the Council\. Important Information: All procurement documents are attached to the notice and available for suppliers to download from the Kent Business Portal \(www\.kentbusinessportal\.org\.uk\) and complete according to instructions contained\. The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal tenders\. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Tender document\. Any clarifications or questions must be submitted via the Message area of the Kent Business Portal by no later than 17\.00hrs on 23 November 2022\. Completed tender documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 17\.00hrs on 2 December 2022\.
