Provision Commissioning DataSets (CDS) Services

Description

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is required to provide CDS data in a XML formation according to NHS Digital guidelines. The contracting authority is looking to appoint a Compliant Supplier for extensible mark-up language (XML) services who will host the translation middleware and external data transfer (EDT) at their data Centre. The contracting authority will send UDF files to the Compliant Supplier for validation, translation to XML and submission to Secondary Uses Service (SUS).. Additional information: This procurement process will be conducted entirely via self-service downloading of all documentation and submission in electronic format only (unless otherwise requested) through the Due North e-Tendering portal. In order for the Trust to capture an accurate record of the activity relating to this tender, please can you ensure that all communication is conducted via email using the 'Contact Buyer' facility within Due North e-Tendering portal - this includes any questions that you may have. The e-Tendering Portal can be accessed at https://procontract.due-north.com. This procurement is being conducted using the Open Procedure "single stage" procurement process in line with Public Contract Regulations 2015. The Open procedure procurement process covers exclusion grounds, selection criteria and award criteria. Tenderers need to complete the tender response documents and return by the due date as per tender time table (table 3) in the tender documents
