Work description
Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing is seeking a competent and experienced contractor to undertake a JCT minor works contract for the construction of an external medical equipment store and groundworks, at residential property 6, Juniper Close, Bodmin, Cornwall PL31 2TW.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Price and 60% Quality.
