A refurbishment project for Enfield Council at Oakthorpe Primary School, Tile Kiln Lane, Enfield, N13 6BD. The proposed works include the demolition of an existing brick shed, demolition of 4 rooms to the inner courtyard of the main building, light refurbishment of 2 classrooms, full refurbishment of 2 classrooms, light refurbishment of 2 corridors within the main building, replacement of existing windows on the south elevation, drainage works, and upgrades/repairs to specific areas of existing flat roof.
