1\.1 Bernicia Homes are renewing their current contract for maintenance, service and repair of passenger lifts and stair lifts for the Group\. The contract will be split into 2 lots - Lot 1: Maintenance, Service and Repair of Passenger Lifts Lot 2: Maintenance, Service and Repair of Stair Lifts Tenderers can apply for one or both lots\. One tenderer will be awarded per lot\. The contract will be for the Bernicia Group and will be for the North East region\.
