## Description

This is an outline scope for the provision of specialist work-stream support to the Area 10 Asset Delivery \(AD\) Regional Engagement Work-stream\. The AD programme is a priority for Highways England\. AD will bring capability back into HE to efficiently and effectively manage the Network through four contracts; Maintenance and Response, Design, Construction Works Framework and Specialist Goods & Services\.
