Brunelcare requires a contractor to undertake a four year programme for the replacement of kitchens, electric heating and smoke detectors\. Brunelcare is a Bristol based charity established in 1941 providing high quality housing, care and support for older people across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and Somerset\. Housing is provided by 1000 properties across 31 sites, 3 Extra Care Housing Sites, 4 Care Homes and a retirement village\.
