Work description
Consultancy services are required to carry out a comprehensive Type 3 Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) for Newark and Sherwood District Council properties across our portfolio. The surveys are to be carried out over a 12-month period to allow NSDC to respond the recommendations from each FRA in a timely manner.
The FRA's are to provide assurance to NSDC that we understand and can demonstrate, we can deliver our duties under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
