## Description

Consultancy services are required to carry out a comprehensive Type 3 Fire Risk Assessment \(FRA\) for Newark and Sherwood District Council properties across our portfolio\. The surveys are to be carried out over a 12-month period to allow NSDC to respond the recommendations from each FRA in a timely manner\. The FRA's are to provide assurance to NSDC that we understand and can demonstrate, we can deliver our duties under The Regulatory Reform \(Fire Safety\) Order 2005\.
